We would like to sincerely thank all fans and shareholders for your continued support of RBW and our artists.

RBW is making changes to part of its label operating structure within the group in order to strengthen the expertise of each label and create an environment that allows us to focus more closely on our artists.

The changes are as follows.

■ WM Entertainment Inc. Changes Its Corporate Name to StrangeLab Inc.

Following the comprehensive transfer of business last April, 257 Entertainment and WM Entertainment Inc., which have been incorporated into RBW, will embark on a new beginning together under one name: StrangeLab Inc.

The name ‘WM Entertainment’ will remain a cherished part of the journey we have shared over the years, while we look forward to building the future under the new name, 'StrangeLab'.

■ StrangeLab Inc. will focus primarily on two areas of business.

First, StrangeLab will pursue new strategic businesses that combine RBW Group’s intellectual property (IP), including music, video and artist IP, with IT technology, with the aim of maximizing global added value.

Second, as the agency representing XLOV and LU, StrangeLab will continue to oversee all aspects of their artist-related activities, including producing, planning and production,

while developing into a distinctive music label with its own unique identity.

■ Change in the Operating Entity for Artist ‘OH MY GIRL’

Going forward, DSP MEDIA CO., LTD., a consolidated subsidiary of RBW, will oversee the producing, planning, production and management of OH MY GIRL. Drawing on its extensive experience and expertise in music production

and artist management, DSPmedia will focus more closely on OH MY GIRL’s activities and support the group in presenting a diverse range of music and content.

This organizational restructuring is intended to strengthen the identity and expertise of each label and provide our artists with an environment optimized for their activities.
